Account and Data Deletion Request

Once you confirm the deletion, the following data is deleted:

• Your account (user name, e-mail, password hash)
• Sign-in connections (Google, Microsoft, LinkedIn, Apple)
• Your personal session history and API tokens
• If nobody else is on your team, all of the team's projects and patent drafts (description, claims, abstract, drawings, prior-art searches), archived ones included
• Drawing images you uploaded with the camera or from the photo library (if nobody else is on your team)
• Mobile device preference data

Because of statutory retention obligations, the following data is kept:

• Invoice/payment records — 10 years, as the Turkish Commercial Code (Art. 82) and Tax Procedure Law (Art. 253) require
• Legal audit trail — 10 years; IP addresses and browser details are deleted, and the content of deleted drafts is removed from it too
• Your team's projects — if your team has other members, the projects stay with the team; if you are the owner, ownership passes to an admin

These exceptions are in line with KVKK Art. 7/3 (retention obligation).

• Web subscriptions do not renew on their own; you are not charged after the deletion.
• The renewal of your Google Play subscription is stopped during the deletion.
• We cannot cancel an App Store subscription: cancel it on your iPhone under Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.

1. Fill in this form with your account's e-mail address.
2. We send a time-limited confirmation link to that address.
3. When you open the link and confirm, your account is deleted immediately.
4. You are notified by e-mail when the deletion is complete.
